1.安裝時，配電柜應按照施工圖的布置順序放置在基礎鋼筋上。單獨的機柜可調節(jié)機柜表面和側面的垂直度整個問題可以通過添加墊片來解決，但不超過三個墊片，并且焊接牢固。放置一排機柜中的每個單元后，調整PDC的水平度和面板偏差。應進行調整以滿足施工規(guī)范的要求。

4.將配電柜頂部連接到母線上，并注意按要求擰緊母線配套扳手，接觸面應涂上中性凡士林。在配電柜之間連接母線時，注意母線是否離其他設備或外殼太近，并注意正確的相位。

5.控制線校準后，將每條芯線形成一個圓圈，并用鍍鋅螺釘、吊環(huán)和彈簧墊將其連接到每個接線板上。通常，條帶的每側各有一根，每個端子有一根電線，再Z兩根電線，然后在兩根電線之間加一個吊環(huán)。多股電線應鍍錫，不得斷裂。
After the control wire is calibrated, form a circle for each core wire and connect it to each terminal block using galvanized screws, lifting rings, and spring pads. 6、控制電路檢查：檢查電路是否因運輸等因素而松動，并擰緊，檢查電氣元件是否損壞。
